BLAB™ (Boss Ladies At Brunch™) is an elegant women's networking community that brings together ambitious, inspiring women over brunch to build meaningful relationships, support one another, and grow personally and professionally.

Founded by Deirdra "Boss Lady" Elkerson, BLAB™ was created with a simple vision: to provide welcoming spaces where women can connect beyond business cards and social media—forming genuine friendships, exchanging ideas, celebrating achievements, and uplifting one another.

Unlike traditional networking events, BLAB™ brunches are intentionally intimate, with no more than 15 attendees, allowing every woman to be seen, heard, and valued.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, executive, professional, creative, retiree, or simply looking to expand your circle, there's a seat at the table for you.
